Simple and Effective Way to Raise your Vibration

You have the power to choose a thought, any thought, irregardless of what is present in your physical reality.

We are always in a unconscious mode of thinking not realizing that we have the power to choose a thought, to choose what we think! A thought at a fundamental level is energy and each thought we think has a vibration and frequency to it. This is what an EEG machine measures, the wavelengths of your brain aka the brain activity all powered by thought.

For example the thought: I am not good enough at the fundamental level has a vibration and frequency to it. And to generalize this thought feels bad. You may feel your body contract, your body tenses up, tightens or even your breathing becomes rapid and shallow. This is the affect of the thought or the experience of a thought. Let's pick another thought. Because we have the power to choose a thought. Thought: I am a valuable part of creation. This thought also has a vibration and frequency to it. And to generalize this thought feels better if not good. You may feel your body expand, your body relax, you experience a sense of calmness, you're breathing deeper and maybe just maybe you even have smile on your face :)

Notice the vibration and frequency of each thought that I presented to you above. One feels good, one feels bad. This is a measure you can use to CHOOSE a thought. Ahh... does this thought feel good? Does it feel bad? Tune into the vibration and frequency of a thought. Stop choosing thoughts that feels bad. Why? Because that only keep your vibration low. When your vibration is low - life is not fun. Want to be in a higher vibration? Well, use the power of your choice to choose a thought that feels better. A thought that feels good has a higher vibration and frequency to it.

Choosing a thought that feels good raises your vibration.

It's really that simple. Simplicity is the golden rule of creation, of the Universe. All complications and complexities arise from the ego mind, with it's constant fixation on defining physical reality and you. This is living life as a victim far from your true nature as a creator.

To sum it up:

1. Choose the best feeling thought you have access to. Choose a thought that feels good to you in this moment.

2. Experience yourself from the point of view of that thought you chose. Feel it, Be in it.

3. Repeat. Choose another thought that feels good, feel it, be in it....choose another thought that feels good, feel it, be in it.....and so on.

4. By doing this you will automatically raise your vibration without trying, instead by just exercising the power of your choice, your preference, your vibration will automatically raise.

5. When your vibration raises and your vibrating at a higher frequency life just works and flows.
